Usually it is unlikely that dealers of the exchange will offer you the best price for your diamonds. We advice that you get an estimate from your local jeweler, the average between the estimate and the price you paid when you bought your diamond being your asking price.

Friends, neighbors or family members are the most likely candidates to pay the price which is representing the true value of your diamond, both you and them striking a good deal. However you might not be able to find a buyer at the exact time you wish to sell. The advantage of the diamond exchange is that there is always a buyer for your diamond, depending obviously on the price. When you wish to use our services to sell your diamonds we will ask you to mail us its characteristics: weight, color, clarity, cut quality etc. When your mail is received at our offices, we will reply with an estimate of what price your diamond might fetch according to the current market price. In case you decide that you wish to proceed, full instructions as of how to send your stone will be e-mailed to you. Once received in our offices your stone will be put for sale on the market and any offer made by potential buyers will be reported to you immediately. You can always decide whether you wish to accept an offer or decline, you will receive the payment or your diamond back. When we sell your diamond you are charged with service fee that includes shipment cost, insurance, money transfer charges and the commission of 3%.
